▸VIP membership validity is 1 year, starting from the date of upgrade.
Example: Annie upgrades to VIP on 2023/07/01 00:00; her membership is valid until 2024/06/30 23:59. If Annie accumulates spending to meet the renewal threshold within this period, her membership will automatically renew for another year.

▸All member benefits are applicable online and in-store ("Free Shipping" is applicable within Hong Kong only).
▸ Store Credit Terms:
- Orders must reach HKD300 or above to use Store Credit. Maximum discount is capped at 10% of total order value (excluding promotional items); final discount amount is subject to system calculation.
- Store Credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is strictly for personal use on our official website or in-store.
- Birthday Store Credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue; expired credits will not be reissued.
- Minimum order amount of HKD300 is required to apply the HKD28 Welcome Voucher.
- The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issue, non-reissuable upon expiry, and limited to one-time use for newly registered members.
- Members must log in before checking out to earn or redeem points.
- Points will be credited within 24 hours after the order status is marked as "Completed" (without returns/refunds).
- Store Credit and points cannot be used to offset shipping fees, nor are points earned on shipping fees.
- All member points expire annually on March 31. Please redeem points before expiry; unredeemed points will be forfeited without compensation.
Accumulated spending for membership tiers is calculated based on net paid amounts from completed transactions (excluding shipping fees, refunds, or returned items). Uncollected or refunded orders will not be counted.
