▸The default wrist size for our crystal bracelets is 15.5cm–16cm. Any special size settings for specific styles will be clearly indicated in the product notes.▸Every crystal bracelet shipped includes a threading tool and a spare elastic cord for your convenience to replace or re-string at home.
✦ Complimentary Resizing (Important Notes Before Ordering)
▸We offer free wrist resizing when placing an order. Please specify your exact wrist measurement in the order notes at checkout.▸Please measure your actual wrist size—there is no need to add extra tolerance yourself. Any beads removed during shortening will be included in your package.
Sizing Recommendations: Please select the nearest integer size.
For example, if your actual wrist measurement is 15.5cm:
Choose 15cm: Provides a snug fit that allows slight movement.
Choose 16cm: Provides a looser, more relaxed fit.
▸Subject to crystal stock and design, "enlarging wrist size" may incur additional fees for extra beads or fittings.
✦ 1-Year Free In-Store Maintenance Service (Exclusive to Our Crystal Bracelets)
▸Within 1 year from the date of purchase, present our original warranty card and the item in-store to enjoy free re-stringing or wrist resizing services.▸After the 1-year warranty expires, in-store re-stringing or wrist resizing is charged at HKD10 per bracelet.
▸Free maintenance does not cover "size enlargement" or "crystal bracelets from other brands." If you lose your warranty card, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
