These are normal natural occurrences and do not affect the crystal's energy, metaphysical properties, or usability.

9. Size Deviation Tolerance
▸ Due to manual crafting and cutting processes, natural crystal bead diameters or jewelry dimensions may have slight variances. A reasonable measurement deviation of up to ±0.5mm is acceptable within standard specifications.

10. Wrist Size & After-Sales Alterations
▸ The default wrist size for bracelets sold online and in-store is 15.5cm - 16cm (unless otherwise stated in the product description). For free resizing upon purchase, please specify your target size in the "Order Notes" during checkout. If shortened, extra crystal beads will be included in your package; if enlarged, additional fees for labor and materials may apply depending on bead availability.

▸ Please measure your wrist size carefully before placing an order. If resizing is required due to incorrect customer measurement, the customer will be responsible for any alteration fees and return shipping costs.
▸ With an official purchase receipt issued by MISCRYSTALHK (and bringing the original item to our physical store), customers can enjoy free wrist resizing or re-stringing services for 1 year from the date of purchase.

11. Product Photography & Color Variance
