Return Policy

Order Confirmation & Modifications
▸Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, MISCRYSTALHK LIMITED does not accept any requests for order cancellation, modification, refund, or transfer due to personal reasons.
▸Customers are responsible for verifying and selecting product styles and related details for online purchases. Please ensure that all order details and shipping information are completely accurate prior to checkout.

Out-of-Stock Items
▸If an item becomes out of stock or unavailable after payment has been completed, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a full refund to the customer. We shall not be liable for any additional compensation in such cases.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Circumstances
▸Except in cases where the item is severely damaged upon arrival or professionally verified as non-natural, return or exchange requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
  • Exceeding the notification period: Failing to contact Customer Service within the specified timeframe after receiving the item.
  • Human damage: Damage or defects caused by misuse, human error, or improper storage.
  • Color variations & measurement errors: Minor color differences caused by monitor display resolutions, or reasonable size deviations resulting from different measurement methods.
  • Pre-stated natural features: Natural patterns, ice cracks, mineral pits, or flaws inherent to natural crystals that were explicitly shown or described in product photos/descriptions.
  • Personal subjective reasons: Subjective preferences including but not limited to "style not to personal liking," "incorrect size," or "change of mind."
  • Disputes over natural authenticity: If there is any objection regarding the authenticity of natural crystals/gemstones, a valid, authoritative certificate issued by a recognized professional gemological institution must be provided.

Reporting Timeframe & Delivery Standards
▸Customers must inspect their items immediately upon receipt. If any issue is found, you must contact Customer Service via email (info@miscrystalhk.com) or WhatsApp (+852 6513-1938) within 24 hours of signing for the parcel. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be processed.

▸The calculation of receipt time is based on the following:

SF Express: Based on the delivery date and timestamp recorded in the courier's tracking system.

Basic Eligibility & Return Procedure
▸After contacting a Customer Service representative and receiving an initial assessment, customers must complete the "MISCRYSTALHK LIMITED Return/Exchange & Refund Application Form" provided by us. Unsolicited returns sent without prior confirmation from Customer Service will not be accepted.
▸All returned items must remain in brand-new condition with original and complete packaging (including the original receipt issued by MISCRYSTALHK LIMITED, main product, inner and outer packaging boxes, accessories, and promotional gifts). No items or accessories may be missing or damaged.
▸The entire return/exchange and refund process must be fully completed within 5 calendar days from the date of initial receipt.

Shipping Fees & Transit Risk Responsibility
▸All shipping fees incurred for returning and re-dispatching items must be borne entirely by the buyer.
▸The buyer is responsible for properly packaging the returned item. Any risks of loss, damage, or missing items during return transit shall be assumed entirely by the buyer. MISCRYSTALHK LIMITED shall not process or compensate for any items damaged or lost during return transit.

In-Store Purchase Terms
▸Customers purchasing items in person at our physical store are advised to inspect items carefully prior to payment. Once items leave the store premises, no requests for return, exchange, or refund will be accepted.

MISCRYSTALHK LIMITED reserves the right to amend the above Return & Exchange Policy at any time, and retains the final decision-making authority regarding all return and exchange approvals.
